I just received my watch I ordered a while ago They came with no charger and no instructions how to work them I am very upset and I would like to have my money back

I just got scammed by the same company. I received the 2 smart bands that I ordered however neither of them came with a charging cord, or anyway to charge it. I sent them an email and am just waiting to see how far they want to take this scam.

This company is false advertising their products on facebook ads. I saw a watch that they were advertising for sale Citizen Pro Master Series for $39.99. Total cost came $45.98 with shipping and handling. This watch usually cost $150 - $250. Once I ordered a watch they say it ll take time to process to make sure watch is inspected properly (which is all scam). They make you wait and send a completely different cheap watch that costs maybe 10 dollars. As soon as I got the watch I knew it was a scam. The company is not registered under any address or it does not have a phone number. Once I requested a return over email, I started getting emails how its not worth return the watch and that they will compensate me 3 dollars (scam). I read some other reviews online and other people have same complaints about either not getting any item or getting a fake cheap item. I was getting responses from different emails once I requested a return. Here are few: [email protected], [email protected], [email protected] They do not want to take their product back or refund the money. Its a scam ran by some online crooks. Here is the email that they keep sending me on any email that I sent them regardless : Dear Customer, We are so sorry to hear that. Our apologies for any inconvenience caused. Don’t worry, we will try our best to solve this out for you. To save time and effort of customers and us. We would like to offer you a $3 refund for the compensation. Due to the cost of returning postage, which is not worth it to return it back to us. Before you make your final decision, you may check with your local post office for the postage that cost. For any other inquiries, Please feel fraee to contact us. Kind Regards, Customer Service I got 4 same emails after I tried to talk to them. Its a scam that is tricking and robbing people online. Please do something about it.
