I purchased 4 items and they never arrived. I contacted them several times through email and always got the same response that my items were being shipped. I contacted my credit card company and reported the issue, they initially gave me a credit back but after contacting Elsalane they stated my items were being shipped and I would receive on August 27. I never received my response and my credit card company reversed my credit. I contacted them again and now the website is down.
