It takes three months or more before any order could be shipped if it is ever shipped. No communications about your items purchased and refund seems impossible. I’m still waiting to know what is going on with my orders. I even emailed them and still no response.

Orders were placed March 27, April 3/ 10 and 14 of 2021 it’s now December 5th and I’m still waiting. No response/ refund and no items shipped.

Unfortunately all of your orders contain a pre-ordered item, so they are not eligible for a refund at this point. Our policies are located at the bottom of our website and are always available to review. I have provided their links below for you to review.

I can give you some good news and tell you that our Disney items did arrive at the warehouse yesterday and are in the process of getting mailed today. We strongly encourage all customers to place two separate transactions if they’d like to purchase a pre-order item with a RTS item to prevent delays in their shipments.
