******** ****** *** **l was hired to perform at a wedding a contract was signed with date and place. Deposit of $200 was given. Mariachi Azteca performed at the church ceremony at 11am and at the end the remainder $400 was paid as requested. Mariachi Azteca arrived 40-45 late to reception stating they went to wrong ballroom. They only performed 15 minutes or so. I asked Mariachi manager for a refund for second hour since they did not perform for the hour. He has been called and text and he does not respond. He opens messages but reply. When Mariachi walked into reception one of the members apologized saying they went to wrong ballroom. At that time I let her know I wanted a refund and she agreed I should get one. ****** **** manager will not respond to any request.
