ORDER #31749. I am demanding that the pending charge of 64.99 USD be immediately canceled and refunded today, Wednesday March 22nd, 2023 to the original form of payment to Visa ending with 5757. Elm & Rye is a complete scam. This company knowingly allows customers to purchase orders that do not exist that will never be processed nor shipped. Elm & Rye has failed to communicate or respond to any of my inquiries. Publicly, many customers have made complaints of the same exact experience and loss of money from Elm & Rye's scams.
