This "company" poses as a hybrid publishing company. I had multiple emails and calls with two people, and paid the cost for a publishing package. At that time, they company stopped contacting me. After weeks of emails and follow up calls, I got sent a horrible book cover (not professional in any way, and not part of the work they agreed to perform at that stage). I asked for a refund, at which point my email was blocked. Their phone number was disconnected. The personal work numbers/direct lines were disconnected. Their Facebook page vanished. Their website was taken down (though is back up as of today).
