I was looking on my Facebook and their was an ad on the side advertising a new hair straightening product. I was interested so I contacted the people through spotify.com and ordered the product. I gave them my cc number and they took the money promising me the product in 4-6 weeks. I never received the product and when I contacted them back with the email from above I never got an answer. I went back to the original place I ordered from and the ad was gone.

Running a Facebook ad for a professional steam hair straightener, there was a link to their website so consumers could order. On August 2, 2017 I ordered the product, giving my payment info and shipping and e-mail addresses. The product was in stock when ordered. Shortly after, I received an e-mail confirming my order and stating I would receive another e-mail when product shipped. To date, I have not received any e-mail updating me on my order. I've sent two e-mails to them and no response. Today when I tried to go to their website, (they use Shopify as their e-commerce vendor) I received a message that the store is unavailable. Facebook page is gone too. If you search them and/or the product on Facebook, many other people are posting about being scammed by them as well. They take payment and never deliver the product.
