I received an email with an invoice from Norton Symantec. They indicated that my activation request was received and will charge me $239 for the fees. The invoice only had my email address and not my name. I responded to the email and received an "address not found" response. I contacted the number on the invoice, and they said that I authorized them a year ago to activate the subscription and it will be deducted from my account. When I asked which account they were using, they said they can't give me that. I asked to cancel my subscription immediately and they said they could not unless I log onto a website and they would walk me through it. I hung up immediately and contacted my bank.
