I purchased a lamp from 'Ellie Seattle' (website Google) a supposed gallery in Seattle Washington. The site says they are going out of business so everything was at 80% off the original price.It is Oregon's neighboring state, so i didnt understand why it took weeks to get to me. My friend's birthday was coming up and he recently lost one of his doggies. I thought the dog lamp would be a perfect gift. I paid a little over $55 for the lamp (total lost $50.00) which was shipped in a tiny box. Once i viewed the item i was in shock. It was made of plastic that must have been made by little children in grade school. It was only like 10" high and 10" in length. Not at all what i purchased. Very disappointed and mad as H***. I tried emailing them at [email protected] but got no response.

Ellie Seattle (from their website EllieSeattle.com) is a fraudulent company they represent themselves as two women who are sisters from Seattle, I believe, who make handmade stained glass lamps. When you get the product it is plastic and it is very cheap, it is worth a fraction of your cost. I lost over $90 on this. I would say I can get it at the Dollar Store and it is nowhere near what is represented on their website, plus their whole premise of what type of company they are is fraudulent. When you try to return it you will not receive the money back in full refund, as promised, you will get a fraction of your cost. I would say 10% of the total that you paid for it which the refund itself is not even worth the cost. I tried emailing [email protected] about it.
