Ellie is a subscription box for fitness clothes and gear. After almost a month after purchase, and emailing them several times about the status of my order with no response, my order finally shipped. When I received the box, two of the products were different than the ones advertised. The box included a note that says sorry we don't have your size in the product you ordered.. here are two other things.

I have called the customer service line several times and it rings once and goes to a voicemail box where I have left several messages, none of which have been returned. I have also emailed the [email protected] email that is provided on the website about the box, again with no response.

Today I received an email from the company stating my box is set to renew soon. I clicked on the link provided in the email that said manage my account and it took me to a page that said I must email the [email protected] email to cancel. I have sent the email stating I want to cancel my subscription but I have doubts that it will be cancelled.
