I was trying to sell my Entertainment center and a lady said she would buy it from me and would pay me through paypal. I gave her my information, and then paypal sent me an email telling me about the transaction and that I must send $499 to Ellesse Miller in California to pay for the transportation of the entertainment center from my house to hers in California and I would be paid $2099.00 after I sent the money and gave the confirmation number. So I sent the money through money gram and gave them the confirmation number and then they sent me a second email telling me that they received the money and now I must send $850 for the agent pick-up taxes fee. Thats when I withdrew from this transaction. I emailed paypal telling them that I wanted my money back and they refused and telling me that its not a scam and that its safe. But it wasn't. Then I contacted money gram and it was too late because the money had already been picked up. Then I contacted my bank and they couldn't help me either.
