Stole our money

Eller's Odds n Ends Brandon Eller and Amy D O'Conner-Rojo Collier took $14,000 for materials for a $23,000 job on our home. They lied to us, they did terrible work and when we asked to cancel some of the jobs due to a time crunch they said they weren't going to give us any of our money back. Out of $14,000 worth of materials we have 6 railroad ties, 6 gallons of paint and 5 boxes of flooring. They now have a Special Prosecutor who is filing criminal complaints against them for 11 people they have scammed.

If you have an address for them I need to bring charges as well I’m out only 2k. I wanted to wait to see how they did on a couple small jobs before I had bigger ones done. They lied left the jobs unfinished and the little they did was not correct spent a day tearing out work they completed incorrectly. I basically got 14 2x4s 2 pieces of sheet rock and some screws got 2k.

Scammed with boldness

We have not had our money returned to us after rightfully canceling this contract and agreeing to money back. (3,000 even though we are owed more, investigaors will find) Nonetheless- We are owed thousands of dollars.
This review is honest so that others will not fall for the scam and the truth can stay in the light.
This company created a 2nd business page to continue in their efforts via Facebook.
I put my trust in this company - take caution. This company pulled a permit in Moody, AL and falsified the amount the job was worth so that they would not have to present a valid contractor’s license. I verified by calling the local permit office. (Inspection and Public Works)
Brandon was not in hospital, he went to jail and Amy tried to continue the work under this pretense that he was sick. I heard Amy say, “I just dont want these doors to fall on these boys.” While she worked. 😞 I am so thankful we stopped while we were ahead.
A builder friend checked their work in our home- the floor was done okay. The closet was framed incorrectly but it was fixed by our friend.
I have photos and video of their work. I have changed my privacy settings on FB so that that any one can reach out to me. I will help point you in a good direction.
Help is invovled for us, because the news caught the attention of investigators.
