I ordered online for almost $20 almost 2 months ago and never received anything. No tracking number or product or anything. They took it off my credit card though!

I ordered at least $30+ worth of stuff and got confirmation email but never a tracking number or anything. It's been over a month. Then I tried to email it and got back that the address wasn't found.

I ordered from the website on June 2nd, they charged my credit card the following day, after about 5 days I sent them a message through the contact us link on their website and got no response, when I went back to the website a few days later it was gone. I an going to alert my credit card company and see if they can help me. I found Ella dash on Facebook originally, I should have known better with the extremely low prices they had.

I found this scam on Facebook where they advertised a clothing sale. I payed out a total of $40.48 to the company through a prepaid Vanilla Visa card and also a Wal-Mart Money card. A week later still awaiting fulfillment of my order the official website launched by Bigcommerce is no longer available and the site can't be reached. Theres still a Facebook page for the company and none of the contact links on there are helpful; it's obvious the site has been removed.
