I submitted my photo in January of 2022. It is now July 13, 2022 and I still have not received my purchase however, the money was taken from my account the same day I placed my order. I have emailed several times and only heard back twice in which they responded the order was in process and would be shipped soon. I cannot get a refund from the company because the order "is in process". There is no phone number to call and no address for the company.
