When the Shoes arrived they were clearly Poor Quality Fake Merrell Men's Moab Hiking Shoes—including a "DQ" Logo on Tongue of Shoes. I contacted the company for a Refund. I have a lengthy correspondence with their Customer Service—wherein they made an excuse that they were having difficulty with Pay Pal at the time, and could not effect a Refund. Subsequently, they made other offers (unacceptable) to avoid a Refund ($55.98).

I told them that I was going to report the incident to BBB, and Google Customers
