These guys will not stop sending product. We did not set up for auto shipments and tried to stop after seeing 2nd bottle received.

Now two bottles later still being charged and will not take back unopened products. Check internet comments. Many in same predicament.

Senior citizen received two bottles of supplements for weight loss when weight loss was not needed or requested. Bank account was debited for shipping on two bottles with recurring charges if not cancelled of $89-$300 each shipment according to bank rep.

On ***, this company advertised that they were giving away free 14 day trial bottle of their weight loss supplement product, all you needed to do was pay $4.95 for the shipping and handling fee. I had read through the advertisement and thought this will be a good Christmas gift for my sister who is struggling with her weight. After reading the websites explanation on how it works, I thought for $4.95, why not?So, I ordered it on Dec. 19th. I figured, if she didn't like it, it's not a big deal, it's only 5 bucks. Fast forward to today, I was going through my email and found a fraud alert through Chase from February 3rd. It was the company trying to charge me $94.90 which they denied. Then I noticed another email from January 3rd, which Chase approved. I called them and told them that I was not aware of this. They told me that it was stated when I signed up for the "Free 14 Day Trial" that if I did not cancel before the end of the trial, I would be charged monthly. I know for a fact, that I would have never signed up for this, had I been notified or read anywhere that I was going to be charged extra, outside of the initial shipping charges. They insisted that it was stated on the conditions and I would have had to click "okay" before I entered my credit card information. I knew I would have never had signed up for that. I always read the terms and conditions on everything but the lady on the phone insists that I had to have read it. Needless to say, they won't refund me my money. I have put in a dispute through my bank and I'm currently waiting to hear back from them. I then did some more research, this time I went back to look at the advertisement on Facebook and I wish I would have read the comments from people, but on Facebook, everyone has had the same thing happen to them and all have stated that there was nothing on their promotion that stated an extra fee if you don't cancel within 14 days.
