They tried to keep my money

Than he asked me to continue our contact on WhatsApp which raised a red flag for me. Than he had another alias contact me named Lucas West which he said was his senior account manager. So he contacted me and convinced me that it would be better if I had a larger starting investment he convinced me to send $800 this time through a Bitcoin atm. I was told at the beginning that I would be able to make a withdraw after a week. A week went by and now I get a email saying that in order to make a withdraw I’d have to pay a IMF fee of $600 to make a withdraw another red flag. I did my own research and looked up IMF(International Monetary Funds) come to find out they don’t have nothing to do with fees for withdraws final red flag. So I asked for a refund Lucas West says I have to pay the the fee in order to get my refund!
