We are tech support company in SOCAL and one of our clients was tricked by a pop-up saying her computer was infected and if she closed it it would delete files and infect her family and friends computers. In a panic she called the number in the pop-up, they logged into her computer and sold her $300+ services she didn't need. First they uninstall a valid Norton Security program that had over 300 days remaining on the subscription and sold her AVGCloud services. This is BS because her computer was check the day before this happened and was clean. This company is bogas and needs to go out of business so us real tech support companies and take care of their clients with this bogas company being around to harm someone else. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY THEY ARE A SCAM.
