I ordered a keto supplement and received 4 bottles of a totally different product. In addition, I was sent a bottle of garcinia Cambodia and a bottle of Oral cleanse tablets which I did not order

I ordered CBD gummies online for insomnia. They also offered CBD oil and CBD cream for the shipping cost only. I did not check those boxes. When I rec'd the purchase order it included the oil and the cream. I emailed them immediately and told them to remove the oil and cream from my order and refund the shipping cost ($22.62). They sent both with the gummies. But even worse they then sent me further purchase orders for oil and cream Sept 12,14, 27,and 29th each for $101.64(US funds). When I called them they said the oil and cream that came with the gummies was supposed to be returned within 2 weeks if I didn't want it after trialing it and since I didn't do that I was started on a biweekly subscription. When I told them it was credit card fraud to charge me shipping for products I did not order and to start me on a subscription for those same products they told me it was not possible I did not order them! I made such a fuss I was successful in cancelling the subscription and cancelling the charges for Sept 27 and 29 as they hadn't shipped yet. Well they gave a partial refund of 71.96 (US funds) as they charge a 20% restocking fee! I followed up with my credit card company and am in the process of disputing the outstanding charges.I will update this report when I have more information. The email provided on the purchase orders is different from the scammer's email above. The email above is the email that came with the products, When I google prowellbeingproducts it apparently doesn't exist.
