I purchased 2 of their heaters at $49.95 each (supposedly 50%off their $100.00 normal price). These go for $25.95 at Amazon. I called their customer service number to ask how to change the display from Celsius to Fahrenheit. (Their website shows the heater in Fahrenheit mode.) I gave them my name and zip code. They then wanted my complete address and phone in order to verify my account. I didn't see that info as necessary to answer my question, so I refused and reiterated my question. They insisted on getting my info and finally hung up on me without giving me an answer.
