The business is selling pocket pit bulls. We contracted with them to purchase one, named Max. The first red flag should have been the fact that the business uses Venmo for payment. Once the puppy was in "transit" to use, every day, there was a delay with an additional request for insurance, a better crate rental fee, a vet bill, you name it, there was a fee for it. Carl Thompson was the business contact and guaranteed that we would get all these fees returned. Of course, then we are told the puppy died of parvo after a week of waiting. So basically it was all tied up in the emotion of the cutest little dog ever. His picture is still on the website.
