Elite Marketing Services contacted us regarding their ability to list and market our Wyndam Vacation Timeshare property. Their pitch over the phone was for us to pay for their marketing services and that they would then rent our available property time to businesses needing properties for events. The marketing services were communicated to be guaranteed to at least recoup our initial cost of $2000 and that they would pay us fair market value for the property if it was not rented out. The term for listing the property was 6 months and then extended another 6 months. After this period, the business stopped returning phone calls and emails and have been non responsive to inquires on the status of their agreement.
