Thanks for your recent interest and application to our Remote Recruiting position here at Elite Healthcare Recruiting!

We are currently in the process of scheduling phone interviews for this position for those individuals that appear to be a fit for our current job roles.

Key Position Information:

-Base Compensation ($74,000 Annual), Healthcare/Medical Benefits Paid 100%

-Monday May 10th @ 6:30 PM EST/3:30 PM PST

-Tuesday May 11th @ 12 PM EST/9 AM PST

-Tuesday May 11th @ 5 PM EST/2 PM PST

This company emailed me as a response that I applied to their job board on indeed. I received two emails directly in my Indeed inbox and directly to my email address. The job seemed legit as the emails instructed times to schedule interviews for the position. The first "interview" was a conference call and the speaker Peter "CEO" of the company talked about the company and the expectations of the role. I searched the company online and their website was real and was based in California. After the conference call was completed the speaker suggests interested personnel to email back and schedule to attend the second (final interview). The second interview discussed more in-depth about their compensation package, variances in roles, how the recruiting plan would work, etc. The call only allowed people to ask questions, there was not an actual interview. The company advertises the job to be a remote recruiter, base pay 74K, 50% commission, and credit for medical care. I found out after the second phone call, they do not interview candidates and immediately start the process of "training". I finally decided to contact the company directly and realized this job opportunity was scammers. The actual company representative said they were not hiring for remote recruiters and that they were already having people contact their company directly to be told the same thing I was relayed. I also discovered he charges money for "training" to learn their services; which is completely opposite from what he told us on the conference call.
