Do not purchase any hair (bundles,closures,wigs) from Elite hair company that is supposedly located in Washington DC,U.S. instagram account name @theelitehairco . They attract their customers by offering bundles deals at an affordable price at which you can split the total cost of your order into 4 payments using a third party company called QuadPay. As stated on their website, processing and shipping is supposed to take anywhere between 2-3 business days. That is a lie! When I initially contacted them asking as to why my order was still not processed after a week. They responded through email with a tracking number. It is now going on 2 weeks and my package is still in the “pre-shipment” stage. I’ve called USPS giving them the tracking number as well. They told me that only a shipping label has been created and they are still awaiting for my item to be delivered to them so that it can be shipped to me. At this point, I am extremely fed up with this “so called hair company”. I tried reaching out to them through instagram by leaving comments on their posts only to find out that every-time I asked about my order my comments were deleted. Then, I try to reach out to them again by texting this number that is on their website....no response! I emailed them as well several time.....no response! Other ladies who have ordered from them said that their hair was never shipped and can not get in contact with the company.

Please be aware of this company. They seem legit by having thousands of followers, pictures, and an attractive website. It is a scam!!! Their pictures of potential customers wearing the hair/wig are not even legit. They have stolen those pictures from other hair companies.
