I (thought I) purchased the Shaun T's Cize workout DVDs from http://elitefitnessproductsonline.com/ I was supposed to receive it in 5-12 days. It's been 2 1/2 weeks and still nothing. Shortly after I placed the order, I received an email from a "mobile case" with a receipt of the purchase. Then I received another email from "thefitnessnewlife" ([email protected]) saying the order was complete. However, I never received a follow up email saying the order shipped. So I went to the elite fitness web site and tried to contact them via the email address listed in their contact info, but the email bounced back as invalid. I tried calling the number, and it says either the person is not available or the number is not in service. So, there was an area on their web site that says you can contact someone after hours ("We're not around but we still want to hear from you! Leave us a note:"), so I clicked on that and sent a message asking about my order. I received an email back from "salesatglobalfitness.com" saying the order shipped and they'd send me a tracking number. I replied "thank you" and the email appeared to go through. But I never received another email with the tracking number. So I tried emailing that same address again and it came back as invalid! So I tried replying to the original email that confirmed the order was complete, but have not heard anything back. I also tried the alleged "after hours" message again twice and have not gotten any response. So something fishy is clearly going on here...
