They call, under the name Premier Student Aid, claiming they relief, removal or reduction of student debt. Then claim they can get you an outstanding deal on consolidation, but don't deliver. Although they are a document preparation company, they are able to get you a quote with no underwriter. They charged me $599 up front and had me sign an Application and send sensitive documents. When I asked for a refund, they gave me the run around.
