I ordered what looks like a quality top with a Christian song verse verse on it. I kept emailing them after months went by then received a top that appears to have been made in a “sweatshop” quality and nothing as the picture. Will contact my credit card re: fraud!

I placed an order on March 40, 2020 for $50. To date nothing yet! I contacted them in May about the order and tried to cancel it. I received an email stating that the order has been shipped so can’t cancel. Daisy Yand state’s” please wait more time. Your order shipped April 22. Please wait. It’s a good product”. Today June 7th, no product yet! This company is a scam and should not be allowed to advertise online ! Shame on me for trusting an unknown company and shame on them for taking advantage of honest people!

It’s been 2 months since placing an order with Eliepop. I have reached out 4 different times asking where my order was and why none of their tracking information gives you anything. I believe this company is probably a fraud as I have been reading other reviews very similar to mine. I have disputed my charge with PayPal. Have learned my lesson to not trust this company nor will I ever order from them again. Hopefully others will see these complaints and stay clear of this company that takes people’s money and either sends nothing, or sends the wrong products or sends unacceptable cheap products. NEVER AGAIN!
Facebook needs to remove all their ads.

Been waiting over two months and no shirts! Said they were shipped a month ago. I am so mad I ordered from them. No more Facebook orders. Can't trust anyone anymore.

Ordered March 30th never received my order! Scam! They will not refund me. Not sure where my order or my $40 is. Disgusting

This company is horrible! Don’t ever order from them. I placed an order on Feb 14th and still haven’t received my shipment. I have sent several request and get the same response.

Ordered over a month ago and still haven’t received a single item. States my items have been shipped but can’t tell me when or where they’re at now. Total scam! Wish I would’ve read all the reviews before buying from this site. I’ll never make that mistake again. Shame on them for conning innocent people out of their hard earned money. The site should get shut down!

I placed an order 2/27/20 from https://www.eliepop.com/ and my credit card was charged immediately. I requested a tracking number. I asked where my items were and weeks later, I get an email stating your items are on the way but still, no tracking number.  On 5/13/2020 I received 3 items, two of the items were wrong size/color and I have the original order so I know what I ordered. Numerous other items were not in the package that they charged me for. A refund was on my cc statement. They stated they've refunded an amount for an item but the item was more than the refund amount and I've yet to see that refund. I found them on Facebook and I've read others have found them on Instagram. They need taken down. In order to put these businesses up, they should have to somehow be proven legit. I will look more closely now for sure before I order. In fact, I'm shopping local now.. less chance (zero) of getting caught up in one of these messes.

ELIEPOP is a scam online seller. I ordered two items almost two months ago. They never came. DO NOT buy from them! When I checked their Facebook page, other buyers commented with similar sentiments (that items had never arrived/ that they contacted customer service, and they gave them the run around). Please shut them DOWN!

These people are total crooks! I ordered $100 worth of tops of course they got the money right then. I have emailed them 8 times. They dont have one of the items anymore. I said fine refund me for it send the rest. That was a month and a half ago. I keep emailing to send my refund. Always stupid responses. Should have noticed its not a real phone number on the website. I have contacted everyone i can to report these guys. I cant imagine how much money they have made off everyone. All their sites need taken down!

This website looks very legitimate, but do not be fooled. I placed my order in February and it is April and I have not received it. I’ve emailed them several times but I would always get the same response.

You will NEVER RECEIVE YOUR ORDER
I ordered a sweatshirt in January and the site says my order is unfulfilled 2 months later. I have contacted their customer service 7 times before I received a response. Now I have an email chain of 10 emails (20 total) of back and forth demanding a refund and getting a broken English response run around for the past month! Their Instagram has been deleted I believe they are a scam and a bunch of new thieves. DO NOT ORDER FROM ELIEPOP.com

This business advertises on Insta gram. In clicking on the link, it takes you to their site, where they have really cute women's’ clothing. I ordered 2 tops. They immediately took my money. My bank contacted me to make sure I made this purchase-this should have been a red flag, but I continued. The website looks very legitimate. Two weeks go by and I have not received my purchase, I clicked on the link for tracking. It said “Due to high volume requests, they cannot ship right now”. That should have been my other red flag. I waited a couple of days and decided to contact the company regarding my order and to ask about the status of my order. They do not have a phone number, rather an email address for customer service. I have emailed them 3 separate occasions to cancel my order and to request a refund on this order. Their reply every time is something like, ‘We’ll make your order a priority. Is this ok?’ Or... the ‘normal high price’ will be back soon-please consider-thank you very much’. In each email, the grammar is atrocious. Clearly they are English as a second language. It is obvious they are stalling and do not want to refund my money. My next step is to call my credit card company and to dispute the credit charge. I believe this is a scam business, but I would like some kind of confirmation as such.
