I have ordered a selction of women clothing back on October 27-2022. I never received my order. They kept telling me to wait as the manufacturer did not send the items yet. I wait until May 2023. On may 1st, 2023, I asked them for a refund. They agreed to issue me a refund, but I never received my money. Since May, I have been told many excuses. On June 5th, I was told that my refund will 5 to 7 days to be issued, but they failed to send my refund. As a result, I had to ask for my refund again. On June 18, they told me that they processed my refund, but the money will take 1 to 2 weeks to reach my account. Again, I did not receive my refund, so I emailed them again on July 26 to ask for again. on July 26, this was their reply: "Before you receive the order, your money is kept by the payment platform. We did not take your money. Since we are an international refund, the refund requires processing and review time". For almost a year, they have been given me the run around. They failed to send me my order and did not send me my refund. Please help me.
