On day one Contractor requested 25% down payment. Day 4, Contractor requested another 25% to pay for concrete. Then, Contractor will show up about times a week. Contractor keeps on giving lots of excuses. The completed the wood deck using poor quality of materials and installation. Texts and phone messages were given to Contractor. On the 25th day of construction, Contractor left the unfinished, unacceptable work deck and not started concrete deck, concrete walkway and concrete retaining walls. Contractor asking additional amount on the agreed cost.
