I ordered from the website on July 3rd. I called a month later and they said orders were running behind. This was understandable and I agreed to give a little more time.

I emailed (could no longer find a phone number online but have since found one) at 3:14 am today (10/9/23) saying "Dear customer,

Pleases keep calm.

We are sorry for the long-time waiting and we quite understand that waiting is always something hard to endure.

In order to express our apologies, we are willing to give you a refund, but a 10% refund handling fee needs to be deducted. This fee is charged by the bank, we hope you can understand.

Is that ok for you?

Thanks in advance for your kind understanding.

Best Regards" obviously this is a scam. I responded "If you are unable to put a rush on a replacement, then I believe I deserve a full refund since it is completely your company's fault. That would be the only fair and right thing to do.

Please send a response as soon as possible."
