A letter regarding my vehicle was sent to my home from Eleres. The sender had no contact information on the envelope. Upon opening the document I called the number provided, (888) 413-6075, to find out what this regarding. The person who answered told me their name & asked for the record I.D. number that was sent. I gave them that information....they named the year make and model of my vehicle. I asked for a spelling of their company name. My inquiry was what is this in reference to, how did your organization get my information, and what are you attempting to sell. I was hung up on. I immediately called back. I was connected with another employee who asked for the I.D. number but before I could respond I was placed on hold.
