These people are a fraud. They know this along with the Better Business Bureau and American Express. They over-hype (lie about the product’s abilities and use) a product made by another manufacture making misleading claims and charging and egregious markup. No need to re-state what is stated in the other posts as they are all true. These people are a fraud and scam.

This company stole the name and product image of another company, Elechomes and markets their product on Amazon. When you order it on Amazon, they immediately charge your credit card and then nothing ever gets delivered. Amazon sends you a note with a tracking number but when you click on that, it says error not found. See this url where others report the same scam.

Complete SCAM!

I learned about the EleKhomes smoke eliminator via a facebook ad. https://www.facebook.com/Elekhomes-106642101494411

What I purchased is completely different from what I received!

On 4/23/2021, I paid $164.99 (order ID provided for evidence if requested) for a smoke eliminator. Elekhomes provided Tracking number shipped via USPS, which matched tracking number printed on package which arrived from Amazon.

When Item arrived on May 4, 2021, it was completely different from what I ordered included was a receipt from Amazon for $22.99 in the box from Amazon.

I ordered and paid for a product 7.5 times the cost of what I received!

I called Amazon and found out George Alan Oviedo Blanco ordered the product sent in place of the product I ordered on the EleKhomes website.

On May 4, 2021, I followed directions on Elekhomes website and contacted their customer support via email. They said they would reply within 24 hours. After 24 hours: NO RESPONSE from them. Called several numbers, as posted on their website.

I tried multiple times to email and call Elekhomes only to reach a recording or an excuse about not being staffed because of Covid. and to direct all concerns to [email protected]. ?

EleChomes (a separate entity spelled with a C rather than K) is a legitimate business that sells the smoke eliminator on Amazon.

George Alan Oviedo Blanco of EleKhomes is a fraud and changed one letter of the brand and sold unsuspecting customers inferior and incorrect items for 7.5 times the price of what was received.

Please help to shut George Alan Oviedo Blanco of EleKhomes down as a fraud so other people are not scammed.

This company uses pictures of an actual product from an actual company but changes one letter in the name to confuse people, over charge them for the product and then delivers a product that isn't even close to the actual product advertised nor does it do any of the features it claims to do. Their return policy and fine print has tons of typos and talks about satisfaction guaranteed and money back guaranteed but when you click to find out how it gives you the fine print from a company that provides guns and gun products. This company is supposed to be an air purifier company. The real company only allows purchase through their website while the fake takes orders on their website.

Real Company - ELECHOMES - Only available to purchase on Amazon through their amazon store.

Fake Company - ELEKHOMES - Allows purchases on their website and then ships their product in an amazon box like it came from amazon even though there isn't an amazon label on the box and the product wasn't bought through amazon.

A complete bait and switch company tricking people who didn't notice that they changed the C to a K in the name.
