I purchased 2 things from this website and have many attempts to find out where my order is, what's taking so long, and demanded a full refund of my whole order. They email me and tell me to be patient or that they will resend my order even after asking and then demanding a full refund. I do not believe this is a legit buisness and I do believe they are scamming people.

I ordered a moon lamp in December for my sister. Few weeks go by, no lamp. I reached out via email. They said please be patient. We assure you the package has been sent out. So I responded If the package was sent out why is there no tracking number? They then sent me a tracking number that says it was delivered on 12/22. I responded to them that I was home all day that day there were no deliveries. They are giving me the run around. The website and company name I ordered from is elegantfound.net however the fake tracking number came from xborderecommerce.com. messages from them about not recieving my package come from [email protected] the charge on my card for the lamp was from dinointhebox there is no address or phone number. I have every e mail between us about this situation. I looked them up on the internet. The are reviews from many others with the same thing happening to them. They are definitely scamming people. Iwish i knew this before I ordered. Can someone tell me how I go about getting my money back?
