Elegantall advertised shoes online (White size 15 Business Leather Shoe), but when I received the product it wasn’t the size 15 I paid for nor was it the shoe I paid for. I received an email informing me that my order was sent and how do I like it … I sent them a response letting the company know they sent me the wrong size and the wrong shoe but I never received any response. I sent multiple emails requesting a refund but no one has responded ….
