The Company Elegant Lash and Brow had an advertisement in facebook about growing lashes with their product and to try it for only $7.95 i order it on 10/14/2016, and got it in the mail, and it was a scam, the product did not do any good and insted it gave me an irritation on my eye. On 10/19 got a charge for 149.95 in my credit card, and they send me another package that i returned to the sender. I still got charge on Nov 3 $89.95 when I called them to complaint, they told me that i had to return the product in 14 days and cancel so they wont send me another product and get charged. I asked why they charge my credit card they said that in the internet it has a disclaimer which is not true, in fb did not had any disclaimer or information about sending more product or charging me more money. I asked for a refund of my money and they refused to re inbursement.

There is many people that get this product without knowing they will charge you later more money. Fourteen days to try the product is not enough to see results or to send it back. This is a Scam and I do not want other people to get scam like me. when you call them they have an answering machine, the wait time i more than an hour.

Do not order! It's not worth it! It's a scam and you won't get your money back! Worse customer service, they won't give you a supervisor to talk to plus they don't write notes down I even called an hour apart with two people and no one knew what I was talking about. I've called 4 or 5x in mth in half to raise hell for product I returned the two unused product and they refuse to give me a credit after I was told I can return it.
