Called this guy about a pug puppy he had. Said he was a breeder in Pennsylvania. I looked up his area code which happens to be in Alabama. He said he bred pugs with his wife but when he wanted payment he would only accept western union or moneygram. I called a local dog breeder in Alabama and the lady I spoke with said she has never heard of Elegance Best Pughome before and she told me she knew all of the breeders in Alambama. I asked for the dogs AKC number and he would not provide me with it. If I hadn't called the lady in Alabama I would have lost 500$.
