Hi I am based in Dubai and have been victimized. They offer iphone12 pro max. Phone is AED4500 ($1300) on 7 months installment. They ask me to make downpayment of AED1000 ($300) and then rest is paid on contract basis via bank transfer. They want me to pay in Al Ansari Exchange a legit exchange house here in Dubai but I dont want to go out so they said do bank transfer. I did and was told phone will come but till now nothing has arrived!

Today they told I need additional payment for Dubai custom to release it. they even gave me their Managers name and thats when I came to find out the Company name was Electronics Concept Limited (www.electronicsconceptlimited.com) I chatted with the live agent and keep on insisting legitimacy of transaction but when I called their USA toll free number 1-865-309-9907 its a disconnected number!

These are scammers and [censored] who are looting money. Be careful

I leave it to God to deal with them for all their wrongdoings. May they repent of their wicked acts!

Electronic concept limited company are real fraud. They stole my money . The salesman keep on saying you have to pay for the international card for the custome will release your item but its not true they keep on saying they are legit company but its not. And they will give you a tracking number but dont believe it they are the one who make those tracking numbers. They will ask for more money to stole it.

This company, E Concept Limited, is a fake and a fraud company who offers electronic products to very low prices, when they do not have any of them, those products don't exist. They offer you to buy two products and get one free, to buy three products and get two free, and other insane offers. They even have accomplices in other countries, who provides their bank accounts numbers in order that you can do money transfers. They have website: http://electconceptltd.com, they promote their products through Alibaba to sell them internationally, they manage different social accounts on Facebook and Instagram, they even provide a physical address in USA to let you be confident they are a trusted company, they are liars and scammers. They stole my money, they even don't care about their friends in other countries who help them providing their numbers to transfer the money. My lawyers are presenting legal demands against his accomplice who will be soon in jail.

People behind that company say they are a legal company, controlled by the US government, so please do not believe it, they are real scammers. The only thing they know is how to stole people. They asked me to make the payment by Western union, but as I refused to do it, they sent by mail and Whatsapp the bank account information(number and name) from a local bank in my country, which belonged to his accomplice. Thanks to that information my lawyers gotten all of the necessary data to present a legal demand against the accomplice. My lawyers and I have all of the information you will need to show they are truly scammers. If you read something different, or something related to that they are a trusted company, please do not waste your time taking into account those opinions, there's the probability those comments would come from their accomplices too. Take this information as a good advice for you.
