It appears as a sponsored ad on Facebook. There's about 5-6 main reviews claiming to have used the site to receive the product however any responses to them or to the page is almost instantly deleted. I believe this may be a scam because it's claiming the product is sold for $1 to all USA individuals who fill out a survey due to a tos being broken by Walmart. My own comments, along with actually people I was having a conversation with, were all deleted. Another thing I've found suspicious is that it says 70 comments but only those original 5-6 are visible.
