I purchased a Dyson product from the website, BESTDYSONDEAL.COM. I never received the product. I knew something was wrong when I received a delivery confirmation but had yet to receive the package. The tracking via FedEx stated it was delivered; however, the information did not provide any additional information as to where the item was actually delivered. I tried contacting the merchant, the phone number on the website is always busy no matter how many times I have called. I tried emailing the merchant via the information FedEx provided, but the merchant never responded. The FedEx tracking information stated that the package had been successfully delivered to the city where I live. I decided to call FedEx to investigate and was told it was delivered to another address within my same city, however, NOT to my address. I filed a claim with FedEx and received the proof of delivery, verifying it was not shipped to my address. The Shippers Business name was noted on the proof of delivery, so I decided to contact the business. The company stated they do not ship Dyson products or have any association with BESTDYSONDEAL.COM, or INTERACTIVE HOME ELECTRONICS, as it was stated on my FedEx charge. Believe the whole operation to be a scam. The website's address states a Walmart address; the phone number is always busy, no response from the merchant email, and the FedEx tracking information with a different shipper business name is all very suspicious. • The website address states a Walmart Address (300 Walmart Dr, Ebensburg, PA 15931, United States) • The website phone number is always busy (Phone: +1 814-914-7276) • No response from email: [email protected] • All social media icons on the website are invalid • No affiliation with Dyson or the Shipper company name, as stated on FedEx Proof of Delivery
