I purchased a graphics card from their website initially believing I was getting a good deal but then things slowly began to get worse as more time passed. When I first ordered my graphics card it took a full 24 hours AFTER contacting them to get my shipping information. This was highly unusual as many online shopping websites will alert you about the confirmation of your order and provide shipping information especially during the business week. Once I got my shipping number I tracked the package and found it that instead of shipping from the United Kingdom where the website is based it was from China which set off red flags for me. As soon as I had the opportunity I emailed the seller to cancel the order and get a refund but they responded saying that a refund would only be accepted when the package is delivered to me and then sent back. This was unusual but I complied believing that while I may lose some money in shipping that there would be an opportunity for a refund.

So I waited another two weeks while tracking the shipment when on May 6th it was listed as "delivered". I checked the location and it was actually in the UK with no address or indication where it is specifically. Shortly after I contacted the seller attempting to find out what was happening but got no answer for 3 entire days. It has been 6 days since my package was delivered somewhere else and the seller hasn't answered my emails nor given me any indication I'll be getting my package. I am upset and distraught because likely I'm not getting my money back nor any product based off the seller's behavior. I'm genuinely afraid that whenever I check their website that it'll disappear along with my money. I've already contacted my bank to try and get my money back but there's no telling if it'll work. I need to speak out and let others know that this company can't be trusted.

I blame myself in advance for not checking that the seller has no listed phone number, address, or even images of where it is. When I investigate further I found out their website was setup in early April 2021 with nothing but positive reviews rolling in within mere days. Nothing about this is good and someone needs to taking a closer look before more people are scammed.
