Scammer called home to Spanish speaking customers pretending to be with all these electric provider companies.. in his own words tTXU, Centerpoint, Amber.. I dialed 1800 935 4643 phone number and a recording comes in English stating for payment press 1, for hours of operation press 2 etc... I called the 1800 phone number like 10 times and all the different options selected ended up the same getting a Spanish speaking lady and a man. Several times I asked to speak to someone in English and was told to hold but then hanged up on me.

One of the times I spoke with the a lady in Spanish and claimed they were with the electric provider and wanted an annual payment. I called again from a different phone number and man asked for my account number, when I told him I dint have the account number he asked me for my name and address. I did not give them either thing. Man said he could not provide me with the bill amount because I could not provide him with my information. I told him and I am not going too. I kept on asking him you called my house to pay a bill dint you? He could not answer and finally stated that I was taking his time and hung up on me.
