Received call from the first number and he said he was with the Electric company. He said he had a disconnect order for our power. He gave us a number to call 800-875-3980. They say they are disconnect department and that you have less than forty five minutes to make a payment because the technician is on his way. They want you to make payment by cash or debit card only. They ask you for a credit card number then they tell you that it is only to be able to get a authorized number. They will tell you to go and get prepaid cards from certain locations to make a payment. They made this call on the weekend.
