They weight multiple bracelets and rings together. they weight the item with the tag. The scale is off by 0.1 grams. they sell way above market value. Even though the gold is 21k they sell some items at $64/gram or $63/gram. Mind you market price is $57/gram. They will get you if you make a big purchase. I weighted the gold that I bought at another jewelry store. I found out that all the items I purchased had 0.3 grams to 0.4 grams difference more than the actual weight. All sales are final. You cannot return anything. I spent at least $5000 at Elsayed Jewelers. They were rude when I confronted them.
