I ordered 3m mask on Eio.com website on February 23.They said they would ship me in one week.I have been waited for 2 months but never received it.I contacted the customer service for several times and one time the staff told me they cannot get the product anymore .They told me I can asked them to cancel the order and they will refund me.I sent the email to cancel my order.A few minutes later I received message they have been refund me the full payment.But unfortunately I was charged 10% fee when I check my bank account.That is so unfair because they caused the cancellation.The first of all they didn’t have the items why they sell it online and told customer will ship it soon.They kept me waited for long time and never sent it to me.They waste my time to order from other website.And then they said they are out of stock and cannot get it anymore recent few months.They asked me to send email for cancellation .They caused the cancellation because they don’t have the item ship to me.They should refund me the whole payment.They are scammer and stole money from their customers.
