Eight Five One Jewelry is an online shop that is constantly advertised to me. I needed a new pair of earrings, and they were having a warehouse sale, so I ordered from them. This was on 3/17/23. They sent me the complete wrong items, so I asked for my order again. They told me to keep what I had been sent, and that they would send out my order the next day. It is now May 8th. I have tried to contact them numerous times via their customer support & their direct messages on Instagram. They are not responding at all. I have no way of knowing why they haven't sent my order, and they aren't opening any of my messages. They have taken my money without fulfilling their services.
