On or about June 16th 2016. I received an email informing me that I had won an option of 5-6 different items I could choose from due to my status as a valued customer. I clicked on the link and was directed to a page with several different offers. All stated that there was nothing to purchase and no future obligations to buy anything. I went through the offers and selected one for my wife. The offer stated that I would receive their package of eye care products for just the cost of shipping and handling. I selected this offer. At no time was I given any info other than no further obligation or purchase necessary. I was to just pay shipping and handling. I received the products approximately a week later. 3 small bottles arrived in 1 small box. There was no paperwork at all in this box. I short time later I checked my Citi bank statement to find 4 separate charges on my credit card from 3 different business names. (Ready Renew, EHL Rapid Repair, Nas Cell Regeneration (2 times)) The charges were 1.99 , 2.99, 2.95, 2.00. Again, I only received 1 small box. Approximately 15 days later, I again saw unauthorized charges on my credit card for 129.95 and 99.95 from Cell Revival and EHLRapid Eye Repair. I never gave authorization other than the initial shipping and handling which in my opinion was suspect as well. I filed a claim with Citi Bank for fraud. Citi Bank reversed the charges pending an investigation. Citi Bank then gave the vendor what I consider a tremendous amount of time to respond. On Sept 01, 2016. Citi Bank sided with the vendor and place the charge back on my account for me to pay. I did send Rapid Repair Eye an email in that time and received no answer. After the charge was placed back on my account. I goggled searched all the names of the various companies I had from my cc statement. I reached a representative of the company who was all to wiling to search out for my account all the while he attempted to sell me more products. When I was finally able to talk I explained what had transpired and that I never even was on their actual website. I was told nothing and the Rep. was silent on the other end. I said, I would like to send the unused products back to you please supply me with an RMA. He stated, Sorry, the account appears to be in charge back status. I can not help you, you need to take it up with Citi Bank. He then hung up. Citi Bank by giving the vendor over 60 days to respond caused the 30 day return policy I found on the website to be long past. I believe the vendor also waited that time to put me past return.
