Their first contact with me was a voice mail message on my phone, which I did not return and put a block on my phone from accepting their number as an incoming call. Today, I received the same Motor Vehicle Notification in the postal mail, except this time mentioning a different type of car. The notification in the mail states that their records show that this is their final attempt to contact me and inform me that my 2011 Hyundai Tuscion is in need of vehicle protection in order to ensure its continued safe operation. Please call us today at: 1-888-293-4134. By negelecting to activate your protection program you will be responsible for paying all repairs out of pocket.

They give their hours: M-F 8AM-7PM CST and Sat 10AM-2PM CST They also listed a Record ID#308SY00021, Notification Date: 11-4-17 and Experation Date: 11-25-2017, card says its their 2nd attempt to Contact. This Notification is a Yellow Card about 3x5 inches square

Please know that both the original voice mail message and this postal mail message listed two different types of cars, and I have NEVER in my life owned either type.
