When you try to use the Online exchange tool using egencia platform the exchange does not process although the transaction says it is booked. 4 days later you get an email saying your transaction did not process you are forced to call into an agent where you are charged the today’s fare which can be double the amount of what was initially quoted online. Then you are charged on your credit card….big scam. Shady business practices for over 1 year.
