On 09-19-2017 my computer had a total black screen with a red x & number to call, saying my fire wall on my computer was being compromised by a foreign entity. I could not use my computer at all. I called the number and a Richard Spencer ID 25410 advised he was Microsoft Support Tech and that my computer and info was in danger of being compromised. He transferred me to Benji ID MCT 9052 at 855 205-2535 xt 025 & he explained the Russias were trying to break firewall & get our info. He advised for $145.00 for 1 year a coverage would cover cleaning up my computer and making it totally safe. This would include support for 1 year with any problems. I took it. Computer was restored and no problems anymore. On March 15, 2018, Steven Smith with Egeeks again, called and advised me that the services they provided didn't work so I would get a refund. He ask for me to let him get remote access to remove any problems on the computer & I agreed. When he asked for me to get my Banking info on line so he could set up a transfer for the credit & knew it was a scam. I wanted a Supervisor. He gave me Nick Williams at 585 189-1990 in California ( where he was). I tried the next day to call all the numbers I had been given & all were disconnected or unreachable.They called me a couple of more times & I refused to answer. I answered the call on March 21st, 2018 & advised them I wanted my money mailed to me US mail. He then slammed the phone down in my ear. I contacted my Visa card company & they are handling the fraud side of it for my money. The billing went to my credit card went thru SQ Elite Worldwide Consultant LLC. My credit card Company will deal with them & should get credit or refund back. Have to wait & see.
