PayPal sent me an email saying thank you for your payment of $297.31 We had a PayPal account back in 2006 and unsubscribe from them. He asked me where you want the refund to go, I said into my checking, He proceeded to, and did take $1300.00 from my savings account. It was my mortgage money. I called him back to say I want my money returned he and his coworker laughed and said go [censored] Off. The catch is that the ATM machine didn't have a transaction number so he said he will return it today 3/1/2024. I am still waiting for it. I have contacted the police to file a complaint and also sent a complaint to O1 Communications but was blocked from submitting the complaint. Also, the email has an undeliverable return email address. I contacted him at 831 263 5024 the number on the email I received.
